US INGREDIENTS
1 1/2lbBoneless pork; cut into 1-inch cubes
1tbVegetable oil
1mdOnion; chopped
1clGarlic; crushed
1tbFlour
1/4cChili powder
1tbGround cumin
1tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
2cnWhole peeled tomatoes; (16 oz each), cut up
1cnTomato sauce (8 oz)

600gBoneless pork; cut into 3 cm cubes
15mlVegetable oil
1mdOnion; chopped
1clGarlic; crushed
15gFlour
35gChili powder
15gGround cumin
5gSalt
3gPepper
2cnWhole peeled tomatoes; (450 g each), cut up
1cnTomato sauce (225 ml)

Cook pork in oil in medium pot until pork begins to brown. Add onion and garlic and cook 5 minutes or until onion is transparent. Stir in flour, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat meat.

Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour or until pork is tender and stew is thickened.
